About PeakPath

We built this because most fitness apps were built for nobody.

PeakPath started in 2024 in a converted garage gym in Lisbon. Alex — a strength coach with 12 years under the bar — was tired of watching clients follow generic apps that ignored their goals, their bodies, and their schedules.

We spent 18 months talking to lifters, runners, new parents, and desk-bound adults. The pattern was the same everywhere: people don't need more content. They need a plan that fits their life and moves them measurably forward.

That's PeakPath. A goal, a schedule, and the smallest number of exercises that will get you there.

Our four principles

Goal before movement

A push-up is a great exercise for some goals and a bad one for others. We match movements to outcomes, not the other way around.

Minimum effective dose

The best plan is the one you'll actually complete. We cut everything that doesn't earn its spot in the session.

Progress you can measure

If it doesn't show up on the bar, the clock, or the tape measure, it doesn't count. We track what changes.

Injuries end programs

Every plan is stress-tested for joint load and recovery. The best set is the one you can repeat tomorrow.
